Bollin Group Transformation Testimonial

We are working with the Bollin Group to help them migrate 20 brands from Visual Next to the new version of the ERP which is CGS to work within their Shopify ecommerce ecosystem. 

The Bollin group are £100m turnover Outdoor Clothing group who own businesses including Mountain Equipment, Sprayway, Ron Hill and many more. 

With so many brands, websites and teams - scoping, coordinating and implementing the  the project is a huge amount of work to be carried out over an extended time period. As well as keeping everything on track one of the key challenges is making sure the teams within Bollin are supported and included in the process. 

Cogent2 have been tasked with helping architect and programme manage the transformation and are absolutely loving the process.
